Road Closure - Carlisle Township
The Lorain County Engineer�s Office announces the closure of LaGrange Road, in Carlisle Township at the intersection of Oberlin/Elyria Road in conjunction with the construction of the new roundabout, beginning Tuesday, May 19, 2026.
Phase 1 will begin at 7:30 am on Tuesday, May 19, 2026, and is expected to last until Monday, August 3, 2026, weather permitting. Detour map included.
Phase 2 will approximately begin Tuesday, August 4, 2026, and is expected to last until Thursday, October 15, 2026, weather permitting. (Detour will change.)
Detour signage will be posted.
Please ensure your Safety/Service personnel are aware of this closure.
